Admission Counsellor
School of Aeronautics (SOACET) invites applications from dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for the position of Admission Counsellor. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, assisting them throughout the admission process, and promoting the academic programmes offered by the institute.
Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programmes.
• Handle admission enquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Explain eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structure.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.
• Coordinate admission events, seminars, and campus visits.
• Maintain CRM and admission databases.
• Achieve admission targets while ensuring excellent candidate experience.
• Support marketing and outreach activities.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in educational counselling or admissions will be preferred.
