Placement Officer
School of Aeronautics (SOACET) invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of Placement Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing campus placements, building industry relationships, and supporting students in career development activities.
Responsibilities
• Develop strong relationships with industries and corporate recruiters.
• Organize campus placement drives and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate internships and industrial training programmes.
• Conduct placement preparation sessions including aptitude, interview, and soft skills.
• Maintain placement records and MIS reports.
• Arrange industry visits, guest lectures, and career development programmes.
• Collaborate with academic departments for placement planning.
• Ensure successful placement of eligible students.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Experience in placement, HR, recruitment, or corporate relations preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
