Job Description
Job Summary
The School of Aeronautics is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the institution. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by coordinating with various departments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to faculty, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the institution.
- Maintain office records, files, and official documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with academic, admissions, finance, HR, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other official documents.
- Handle correspondence through emails, phone calls, and official communication channels.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, seminars, workshops, and institutional activities.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Support student services by addressing administrative queries and coordinating documentation.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of office administration and documentation procedures.
- Experience in an educational institution will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
